GEQUITY S.p.A. has scheduled an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for October 16, 2023. Computershare S.p.A., as the designated representative, is collecting voting proxy forms for the meeting. The proxy forms, with voting instructions, must be submitted by October 12, 2023. Computershare S.p.A. confirms that it does not have any conflicts of interest. The proxy form should be completed with the necessary information and sent to Computershare S.p.A., along with a copy of the delegator’s identification document. The proxy form cannot be submitted separately from the voting instructions. The voting instructions are divided into sections based on the proposed resolutions, and the delegator should indicate their vote (in favor, against, or abstain) and whether they confirm, revoke, or modify any previous instructions. The proposed resolutions include the increase of share capital and modification of the company’s statutes. The completed proxy form and voting instructions must be submitted by October 12, 2023.
